HISTORY
A little more than four years ago a group of women and men, who were aware of the aging of the population and of themselves, founded the Andalusian Cooperative Society under the name “Salobreña Tropical International Care home for Senior Citizens”. Their aim was to build a residential complex under the same name in order to enjoy the comprehensive health and hygiene care they deserve, appropriate nutrition, and intensive therapies to suit the elderly; allowing them to age happily and enhance life.
Both the promotion and operating phases will be carried out by the Cooperative’s associative bodies, established at the General Meetings; thus converting the whole 6182 square metre complex into the property of the Cooperative Society’s partners, comprising 50 joint owners, through deeds.

Each one of them will have a special apartment with 2 bedrooms (one twin room and one single), living room, bathroom and terrace, as well as a share in the ownership of all the Residence’s outbuildings, such as common and leisure services (swimming pool, gardens etc).
